These are things to look at in your life to maintain and keep that unbroken fellowship:
1. Guard your own heart (mind, will and emotions).
2. Confess quickly when you mess up.
3. Spend time with God, no matter the amount of time.
4. Obey what He tells you to do.
5. Cultivate Gratitude and Worship in your life.

One false belief can negate a hundred true doctrines. Traditions of men, make the Word have no effect, Jesus said this in Mark 7:13 Knowledge without transformation is just noise.
E.W. Kenyon wrote, paraphrasing, The greatest hindrance to spiritual growth is not ignorance of true, but belief in lies.
We need to unlearn these:
1. Unlearn the lie that, You are sinner saved by grace. You are NOW a creation!
2. Unlearn the lie that, God is angry with you when you fail. Romans 8:1
3. Unlearn the lie that your feelings determine your spiritual state. Feelings can lie.
4. Unlearn the lie that you have to earn God’s blessing.
5. Unlearn the lie that spiritual growth is your responsibility to produce. Philippians 2:13, says it is God who worketh in you.
6. Unlearn the lie that you need more of God. Colossians 2:10 says your are complete in Him.
7. Unlearn the lie that tithing is required under the new covenant. Grace operates on voluntary giving, according to II Corinthians 9:7
8. Unlearn the lie that God tests you with trials. James 1:13 says, let no man say he is tempted of God.
9. Unlearn the lie that some sins are worse than others. Colossians 2:13 says, ALL sin is forgiven through Christ’s blood.
10. Unlearn the lie that spiritual maturity means never struggling.
Now, here’s how you can unlearn things practically.
1. Test everything you believe against scripture.
2. Pay attention to the fruit of your beliefs.
a. If a belief produces fear, it’s likely false.
b. If a belief produces condemnation, it contradicts Romans 8:1
c. If a belief produces striving, it contradicts rest.
d. If a belief produces doubt, it contradicts faith.
3. Recognize that unlearning is a process.
4. Be patient with yourself, unlearning takes time.
When you commit to unlearning, transformation accelerates. You are removing what’s blocking growth. when blocks are removed, growth happens naturally.

Times of Refreshing Shall Come
Act 3:19– Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presenceof the Lord.
Acts 3:19 Amplified– So repent [change your inner self-your old way of thinking, regret past sins] and return [to God-seek His purpose for your life], so that your sins may be wiped away [blotted out, completely erased], so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord [restoring you like a cool wind on a hot day.]
Webster Dictionary Refreshing means: reinvigorate, renew, replenish, restore vigor or freshness
Ready to shout?
Hebrew meaning Strongs = naphash: To be refreshed, to take breath, to breathe or be breathed upon, to revive. Referring to the renewal, restoration, or revitalization of the spirit, soul and body.
God breathed on Adam and he became a living Spirit, Soul and Body. When we became born again God breathed on us through his son Jesus and gave us life eternal, we became a new creation in Christ. Then He
gave us the Holy Spirit our comforter in which we could draw everything that God is and has for us.
Ready to shout some more?
Miriam-Webster Dictionary defines Reinvigorate: to give new or renewed strength or energy to.
Miriam-Webster Dictionary defines Restoration: an act of restoring or
the condition of being.Miriam-Webster Dictionary defines Restored: bringing back to a former position or condition.
In the beginning Adam fell and lost his position and sin enter the world and through Jesus and what he did on the cross man now was restored to that position that Adam lost. Thank you, my precious Jesus. Forever thankful to Abba Father and His wonderful redemptive plan for man.
So, when Paul says in verse 19 “the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord”, there is a two-fold meaning. When we ask the Lord into our hearts as our Lord and Savior God breathed on us and
brought us back to that former position that Adam had before the fall.
Secondly, when we abide in Him, his presence, He gives us a renewed strength. He did not leave us alone He gave us Holy Spirit.
When you are about to give up, or tired of the fight. You are exhausted and you just don’t think you can go on.
You draw from that well that was given to you. You pray in the Holy Spirit. He will never disappoint you. He will give you a fresh word, a song, a psalm from your spirit.
Then Ephesians 5:18 and 19 comes into being.
Vs 18 KJV And be not drunk with wine, where in is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
Vs 19 KJV Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymn, and spiritual
songs, making melody in your heart to the Lord; Take note of verse eighteen “be filled with the spirit”
One translation says, Be being filled with the spirit. When you pray in your heavenly language in Holy Spirit. You will find renewed hope and strength, joy unspeakable and peace of mind.
Simple terms, A REFRESHING.
Draw from that well that is within you. Yes, you have a well that springs into everlasting life. Drink of Him. Give Him your full undivided attention. You can drink of Him every day.
Last year this was made so real to me. I was getting up real early driving my daughter to and from her work for a while, for her car was down. Plus, taking care of other things along with the devil trying to put sickness on me. Going to be honest I was growing weary. During the time of driving to and from twice a day I would pray in Holy Spirit.
One Wednesday, I pulled into Fathers House Church parking lot and as soon as I did, I felt the anointing. I went and parked where I could look out and see the reservoir. I arrived early for the Wednesday night service.
I grabbed Charles Capps mini-book Gods Creative Power and started to read it. Before you knew it, I was laughing in the spirit. I could not stop.
I tried to finish reading the mini book, it was not happening. I heard in my spirit man, “The well of living waters,” as I looked out at the reservoir. I did not care who saw me. I was drinking of Him. Could not stop laughing. Afterwards folks I honestly can say I felt like I could run a marathon.
Think of a Natural Well.
Most well water comes from underground reservoirs called aquifers which are natural storage tanks.
What was I doing during the time I was taking my daughter to and from work. I was drawing on that well that was given to us by our Lord and Savior. I was bringing those waters up that spring up into everlasting life and then I drank of Him. I was drawing from His strength and partaking of Him.
John shares this in the example of Jesus with the Samaritan woman at the well.
John 4:10 -14 KJV – Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
Vs. 11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?
Vs. 12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle?
Vs. 13 Jesus answered and said unto her, whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:
Vs. 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing into everlasting life.
Jesus said, the water I shall give him shall be in him a well of water.
Whose the well? Holy Spirit. Jesus is the water and Holy Spirit is the well that he gave us so we can draw from Him. I don’t know about you, but that makes me want to shout.
If you find yourself weary, you feel like you are in a dry place, or struggling with somethings; draw from that well by faith and drink of living waters. Drink of Him. I will tell you firsthand your cup will overflow, and you will get drunk in the Holy Ghost. YOU WILL BE REFRESHED!

Trust is generally defined as an assured reliance on someone, or as a belief that another person will act consistently with expectations.
Miriam Webster Definition
Trust (noun) meaning: assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone or something, one in which confidence is placed.
Bible meaning of Trust can be defined as this: an assured reliance on God, His word, His ability, His strength and His truth. God is a God who cannot lie, He watches over his word to perform it and He Keeps his promises.
Psalms 40:4 Blessed is he that maketh the Lord his trust. (KJV)
Blessed (fortunate, prosperous, and favored of God) is the man who makes the Lord his trust. (Amplified Version)
Proverbs 29:25 The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoever putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe. (KJV)
The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever trusts in and puts his confidence in the Lord will be exalted and safe. (Amplified Version)
Psalms 18:2 The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation,
and my high tower. (KJV)
Psalms 18:30 As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in Him.
We are to first and foremost put our trust in the Lord, then we must also trust in our spouse. Marriage is based on the foundation of Jesus Christ and His
word.
Love is the pillars on that foundation. Trust is the wood that connects the pillars and foundation that establishes a strong, whole structure.
In the marriage when trust is broken the structure is not whole. It still stands, but it is not whole. It breaks a connection in the marriage and until the that
connection is repaired, healed and made whole the structure remains weak.
An Example: When a spouse commits adultery there is a break in the structure. The spouse that was cheated on cannot trust the spouse that
cheated. If the spouse chooses to stay with the husband/wife that cheated they must have the opportunity to work through things in the Lord.
Something very important to understand, “forgiveness” is different from trust they are not the same.
God shares in His word that we are to forgive. Therefore, we can choose either to forgive or not forgive.
Matthew 18:21-22 21 Then came Peter to Him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Till seven times?
22) Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, until seven times: but, until seventy times seven.
When trust is violated there is a break in the connection of the relationship that must be restored. This does not come easy. The enemy will pitch
thoughts your way to try to create an even a bigger break.
Thoughts like: He/She can’t be trusted. Look He/She is flirting with so in so.
Don’t continue to question the spouse that cheated. This will leave an open door for the devil to use that to push them back in to doing it again. Because thoughts will come to them as well. Not only that the devil will continue to put shame and guilt on the one that cheated.
Both need to realize that when those thoughts come counter attack them by casting them down. That is the enemy trying to make the break even bigger.
Forgive and believe the best. This does not mean you deny what your spouse
did, but you choose to forgive and believe the best. It’s not easy, but you can do
this by standing on Philippians 4:7-8.
Philippians 4: 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall
keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of a good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
Forgiveness is given. When trust is violated the spouse that violated that trust must realize that trust must be rebuilt. They must understand that this does
not happen over night, but can be done. The spouse that violated that trust must repent before God, and their spouse and must make a solid choice never to go down that road again. They must also give their spouse room to work it out through in the Lord.
This is just one example of trust being violated.
Another example how trust is violated is when the husband/wife gives their word to do something, but yet they don’t do it. If it happens more than once, then it is the start of a break in the relationship that must be restored. The Husband/Wife that said they were going to do something, but yet doesn’t follow through, and there is a consistent pattern of this, then there is a break in
the structure.
We must recognize and understand that we are all growing and are at different levels in our walk with the Lord. There are things that happen and sometimes situations arise that can’t be avoided, therefore, a husband/wife is not able to follow through. I am not talking about that.
If it is continuous, on a consistent basis, then the husband/wife must recognize that this is a problem and ask the Lord for wisdom on how to end the vicious cycle. They must understand that their spouse can not put their confidence in their word, and at times will question it. The questioning starts because, the trust has been violated.
Now the husband/wife that has been violated must forgive and not continue to bring up past broken words. Cast down those thoughts again.
Example thoughts the enemy may pitch to you:
See they did it again. They said they would do this thing but they didn’t.
You know you can’t believe a word they say.
Cast those thoughts down. The devil will use this little wrecking tool every time to widdle away at the structure to enlarge the break. Don’t allow him to do it.
Those were just a couple of examples, but I am trusting the Lord you will see the importance not to violate trust in your marriage.
Now I may step on some spiritual toes with what I am about to state here.
There are two phrases that have been abused by the body of Christ. This includes even christian spouses.
Here they are:
You have to love me because the word says so.
Don’t take offense
These phrases have been abused to give license to bad behavior in treating people wrong. That is why it is important to do a spiritual check up on our hearts to make sure we are keeping our hearts right. How you do a spiritual check up, is you go to Doctor Jesus and the Physicians Assistant Holy Spirit. You ask the Lord is there anything in my heart that needs to be changed that does not glorify you or does not edify someone else. Holy Spirit will show you for the Lord is faithful.
The Lord does say we are to love one another.
I John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and everyone that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
John 13:34-35 34) A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
35) By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. Here is the Key: When you truly walk in the love of God, you will not be
offended neither will you offend someone intentionally.
Be quick to forgive. Allow room for your spouse to work things through in the Lord. So trust can be rebuilt, if trust was violated.
Remember Jesus and His word are the foundation of marriage.( I Corinthians 13) Love is the pillars and trust is the wood that connects the
pillars and foundation that establishes a strong Godly well structured
marriage that will last.

Some of the things which most adversely affect the flow of the glory of God in our midst are these:
• Our desire to please people
• Our fear of appearing too simple, too unlearned
• Our inability to count all our knowledge as dung, as Paul did
• Our desire to impress people with our education, skills and abilities and with who we are
• Our inability to unlearn what we have already
learned when God is attempting to lead us into
new things
• Our inability or unwillingness to lay aside tradition
• Our unwillingness to forgive others

JESUS – The Bread of Life
Last month Mitch ministered on the 4th Sunday of the month at another church, Jesus the Bread of Life. On our way to the church, he was going to minister at, he asked me a profound question. “What does Jesus, the Bread of Life mean to you?”
I pondered on that question even through the church service. Then close to the end of the service I shared with Mitch this. I would like to share with you all as well.
This is what Jesus the Bread of Life means to me.
Blessed
Redeemed
Eternal
Anointed
Divine Destined
LIFE – John 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
Through Jesus, the Bread of Life we have:
A Blessed Life
Man was blessed from the very beginning.
Genesis 2:28a And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: …..
Even after Adam and Eve fell and sinned God was still in the business of Blessing his man. Just look at Abraham. Genesis 12:2 and 3 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families be blessed.
That’s powerful folks. God is still in the business of blessing. When we partake of Jesus the Bread of Life, we are blessed.
A Redeemed Life
God is the author of true redemption. He sent his son Jesus to redeem all of mankind.
Psalms 111:9 He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant forever: holy and reverend is his name.
Psalms 130:7 – 8 Let Israel hope in the Lord: for with the Lord there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption, and he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
Galatians 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree:
We are redeemed because of what Jesus did on the cross for us.
An Eternal Life
In the beginning we were created eternal beings. We were created in Gods image.
Genesis 1:26a And God said, let us make man in our image, after our likeness:
Vs 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
There is no in between folks. Just male and female. Gods Devine Design.
John 10:28a And I give unto them eternal life.
John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began.
We have eternal life because of what Jesus did for us on the cross.
An Anointed Life
God anointed us and gave us the Holy Spirit.
II Corinthians 1:20-22 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.
Now he which stablished us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God;
Who hath sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.
1 John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
We have an anointed life in Christ because of what He did on the cross.
Divine Destiny
We have a divine destined life in Him, in whom, IN JESUS.
We have been destined to be with him in eternity. That alone excites me.
John 14:2 In my Fathers house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
We are destined to have an abundant life.
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, kill and destroy: I am come that they might have life, and they might have it more abundantly.
We are destined to have a divine health filled life.
I Peter 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes you were healed.
The Goodness of our God gave us Jesus the Bread of Life. I could continue for there is so much more I could share, but I will leave you to partake of more of the bread of life. I just wanted to share from my heart what Jesus, my best friend, loving savior, big brother, Thee Bread of Life, means to me.
I will leave you with these words of JESUS:
John 6:32 and 33
Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, Verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven.
For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth LIFE unto the World.

Ephesians 2:4 “But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us.”
“But God” is a powerful statement….when it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen, you can declare, “But God”.
The word rich in this verse in Greek is Plusios, meaning filty rich. Pluto was the god of wealth in Greek mythology, we get the English word “plutocrat”.
Someone who is so rich that he has influence over other people.
We can probably think of a few people in our day that are that rich, and then there is the love of money. People will do just about anything when money is involved.
But it says God is so rich in mercy, that He uses this to influence us and win us over. God is really, really, really rich in mercy. Mercy is grace in action. When grace is displayed toward man, it’s called mercy. Mercy brings God’s grace to lost mankind.
God has given to each of His children the measure of faith. Faith is the means of receiving God’s grace, but it does no good until it is put into action. When faith is put into action, it is called believing.
Mercy is God reaching out to man, and believing is man reaching out to God.
The book of Ephesians by Bob Yandian is a great book to study.
I’m glad God is a Plutocrat using His great love to win us over!
